Kheir Academy – Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Policy

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, as well as digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Cash App Pay.

• All plans follow a 4-week billing cycle (28 days), paid in advance and automatically renewed every 4 weeks. This ensures a consistent schedule of 4 study weeks per cycle, regardless of the calendar month.

• You may pause, change, or cancel your plan at any time with a full money-back guarantee for any unused classes.

2. Refund Policy

• If you decide to stop your classes during the month, you will receive a 100% refund for any undelivered classes, provided that you email info@kheiracademy.com or message the Support Team via WhatsApp at least 2–3 days in advance.

• Missed hours may be rescheduled with your teacher upon mutual agreement. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued for the remaining classes.

3. Attendance, Absence, and Make-Up Policy

• Students must inform their teacher or the support team at least 2 hours before class time to be eligible for a make-up class.

• Students are allowed to reschedule up to 25% of their total classes per billing cycle (e.g., 1 class for a 4-session cycle, or 2 classes for an 8-session cycle).

• To protect our teachers’ monthly earnings, any absences beyond this 25% limit—even if coordinated in advance—will be counted as attended sessions.

• Missed classes without prior notice or coordination will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• If the teacher cancels a class due to an emergency, the session will be rescheduled at another convenient time.

4. Teacher Compensation

• Teachers are paid only for the classes they have actually delivered.

• In case of repeated student absences, this may affect the teacher’s income since payment is based on conducted lessons.

5. Teacher Punctuality

• If a teacher is late or absent, the student should inform the Support Team immediately via WhatsApp.

• The teacher will make up for any missed time or class at a later convenient time.

• If the teacher’s lateness or absence repeats, the matter will be reviewed by the management, and strict disciplinary action may be taken.

6. Public Holidays

• According to the Islamic calendar, Kheir Academy observes the following holidays:

  • Eid Al-Fitr: 3 days.

  • Eid Al-Adha: 4 days starting from the day of Arafah.

• No make-up classes are provided for Eid holidays.

7. Progress Reports

• For students under 16 years old, a quarterly progress report will be sent to parents to help track their child’s development.

8. Gender Policy

• Male students under 12 may be taught by either male or female teachers, depending on the parent’s preference.

• Female students under 12 may also be taught by either male or female teachers upon parental approval.

9. Evaluation & Feedback

• We kindly encourage students and parents to share feedback periodically.

• Your feedback helps us enhance our teaching quality and student experience.

10. Learning Environment

• Kheir Academy provides a respectful and faith-centered online environment.

• Teachers ensure that learning is conducted in a comfortable and professional atmosphere.

11. Quality Control

• We maintain high standards through: Regular teacher training, student feedback, attendance tracking, and periodic performance assessments.

12. Dress Code

• Students should dress modestly during online lessons to respect the sanctity of the Qur’an and the teacher.

13. Exclusive Teaching

• Teachers and students are not allowed to arrange classes outside Kheir Academy.

• Any additional courses or make-up classes must be scheduled through the Academy only.

15. Leaving the Academy

• Students wishing to withdraw should inform the Support Team at least two days in advance.

• Discussions about refunds must be completed before leaving the academy.

16. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Data collected (name, contact info, etc.) is used solely for educational purposes.

• Information is securely stored and deleted 12 months after account closure.

17. Special Packages

• Orphans may receive up to a 50% discount.

• Low-income families are eligible for discounted programs upon request.
