1. Introduction
   Welcome to Kheir Academy! By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful learning experience for everyone.

3. Complimentary Trial Lesson
   We offer a free trial lesson (30 minutes) to help you understand how our classes work.
4. Referral Program
   For every student you refer who enrolls, you will receive a $15 USD reward. Email billing@kheiracademy.com or send a WhatsApp message at +201558125754 to claim your reward.
5. Class Attendance and Punctuality
   Please be punctual for all lessons. Inform your instructor at least 5 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Missing classes regularly disrupts your progress and affects the teacher’s income.
6. Dress Code
   Dress modestly during online lessons to maintain respect and professionalism.
7. Rescheduling and Makeup Classes
   You are allowed to reschedule up to three classes per month. Missing a class without notice forfeits the session unless there are extenuating circumstances.
8. Instructor Punctuality
   Instructors are expected to be on time for classes. In case of delays, they will make up for missed time.

10. Payment Terms
    All payments are processed on a monthly basis via Stripe. Payments are due on the anniversary of your subscription. Stripe will automatically charge your account for the next month. Please ensure timely payments to avoid disruption in classes.
