Kheir Academy – Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before enrolling.
By joining any of Kheir Academy’s online courses, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

- Payment Policy
- Payments are made securely online via Credit Card (through Stripe).
- All plans follow a monthly recurring subscription, paid in advance and automatically renewed on the same date each month.
Please note: Each plan covers four study weeks (28 days) regardless of the number of calendar days in the month.
If a month happens to include extra days (for example, 5 Saturdays instead of 4), these additional days are not included in the regular monthly package and may either be cancelled or used as make-up classes for previously missed sessions upon coordination with the teacher.
- You may pause, change, or cancel your plan at any time with a full money-back guarantee for any unused classes.
- Refund Policy
- If you decide to stop your classes during the month, you will receive a 100% refund for any undelivered classes, provided that you email info@kheiracademy.com or message the Support Team through the WhatsApp number +201558125754 at least 2–3 days in advance.
- Missed hours may be rescheduled with your teacher upon mutual agreement. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued for the remaining classes.
- Make-Up Classes
- Students must inform their teacher or the support team at least 2 hours before class time to be eligible for a make-up class.
- Students are allowed to miss or reschedule up to 25% of their total monthly classes without prior coordination.
Any absences beyond this limit will be subject to administrative review and may affect the student’s enrollment, class schedule, or renewal eligibility. - Missed classes without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- If the teacher cancels a class due to an emergency, the session will be rescheduled at another convenient time.
- Attendance Policy
- Regular attendance is essential for steady progress.
- Students may miss up to 25% of their total monthly classes without prior coordination.
- If absences exceed 25% of total monthly classes, the case will be escalated to the management for review and possible action.
- Missed classes without coordination will not be made up or refunded.
- Teacher Compensation
- Teachers are paid only for the classes they have actually delivered.
- In case of repeated student absences, this may affect the teacher’s income since payment is based on conducted lessons.
- Teacher Punctuality
- If a teacher is late or absent, the student should inform the Support Team immediately via WhatsApp at +201558125754.
- The teacher will make up for any missed time or class at a later convenient time.
- If the teacher’s lateness or absence repeats, the matter will be reviewed by the management, and strict disciplinary action may be taken.
- Number of Monthly Classes
- The total number of classes per month is based on the agreed plan.
- If a month happens to include an extra class day (for example, 5 Saturdays instead of 4), the 5th class will not be part of the regular monthly package.
It may either be cancelled or used as a make-up class if the student has previously missed any sessions upon coordination with the teacher.
- Public Holidays
According to the Islamic calendar, Kheir Academy observes the following holidays:
- Eid Al-Fitr: 3 days
- Eid Al-Adha: 4 days starting from the day of Arafah
No make-up classes are provided for Eid holidays.
- Progress Reports
- For students under 16 years old, a quarterly progress report will be sent to parents to help track their child’s development.
- Gender Policy
- Male students under 12 may be taught by either male or female teachers, depending on the parent’s preference.
- Female students under 12 may also be taught by either male or female teachers upon parental approval.
- Evaluation & Feedback
- We kindly encourage students and parents to share feedback periodically.
- Your feedback helps us enhance our teaching quality and student experience.
- Learning Environment
- Kheir Academy provides a respectful and faith-centered online environment.
- Teachers are supportive and ensure that learning is conducted in a comfortable and professional atmosphere.
- Quality Control
We maintain high standards of education through:
- Regular teacher training
- Student feedback
- Attendance tracking
- Periodic performance assessments
- Dress Code
Students should dress modestly during online lessons to respect the sanctity of the Qur’an, and the Qur’an teacher.
- Exclusive Teaching
- Teachers and students are not allowed to arrange classes outside Kheir Academy.
- Any additional courses or make-up classes must be scheduled through the Academy only.

Your feedback is highly valued and helps us maintain quality service.
- Leaving the Academy
- Students who wish to withdraw from a course should inform the Support Team at least two days in advance.
- Discussions about course completion or refunds should be done before leaving the academy.
- Confidentiality & Privacy
- Kheir Academy ensures the privacy and protection of all students’ personal information.
- Data collected (such as name, contact info, and course history) is used solely for educational and service improvement purposes.
- Information is securely stored and deleted 12 months after account closure to ensure full data protection.
- Special Packages
- Orphans may receive up to 50% discount.
- Low-income families are eligible for discounted programs upon request.
