Sheikh Yousef Omar is an Egyptian Azhari tutor and a native Arabic speaker. He has memorized the entire Qur’an with a deep understanding of Tajweed rules and Qur’anic recitation. He studied Islamic studies and graduated from Al-Azhar University.
Sheikh Yousef began memorizing the Qur’an at Al-Azhar when he was just 7 years old and started studying Tajweed at the age of 13. Mā shā’ Allāh, he completed the memorization of the Qur’an in 2009 at the age of 17.
He started teaching Arab students in 2012 and has since taught many non-Arab students from around the world, including US, Canada, UK, Australia, France, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India and South Africa.
Mā shā’ Allāh, Sheikh Yousef is passionate about spreading the Qur’an and the message of Islam across the globe.
