Missed Classes Management
- If you are unable to attend a class, inform the teacher on Zoom at least 5 hours before the class starts. However, you can reschedule up to 3 classes per month.
- If you miss a class without notifying the teacher 5 hours in advance, no makeup will be offered unless it’s due to a sudden illness or a family emergency.
- Don’t contact the support team for cancellations lasting less than a week.
- For holidays, email the teacher as well as the support staff through the “Contact Us” email or WhatsApp number.
